Great service, huge portions, nice dishes served on plates. My soup is very tasty. But with duck rice and vegetables, it wasn't clear to me what kind of meat I was eating because it was chopped into small pieces. In a Madadian restaurant, it's beautiful to see it's a duck breast nicely fried and whole slices. So I poked at the edge of the plate and left it there. It wasn't enjoyable. The restaurant is cool outside even in the rain so we ate in a jacket.

Bad service. Unsatisfied handling of the order. Ordered by Lieferando and given a 30-minute delivery time by the restaurant. I missed a call from the restaurant and called back. First of all the staff in the restaurant was not clear what I wanted / that I had placed an order there by Lieferando. It was assumed by the restaurant that I get my order myself, even though I ordered it to be delivered. After a tedious explanation (German knowledge of basic understanding was missing) what I wanted exactly, no delivery time could be called, it said only the food would come. Waited another hour and called again. Again no delivery time was mentioned. There were excuses such as bad weather (moderate to little rain) in the region and the fact that it was called Sunday. On demand how long it took again came only a 'it was on the way'. Because of this very unsatisfactory circumstance I have canceled the order in its entirety. Despite cancellation was 1 hour after the last telephone call of the restaurant of the restaurant in front of the door and wanted to supply. After also troublesome explanation to the delivery man that I have canceled the food (He was not informed by the restaurant, and only reluctantly took the canceled order back with me) I was confronted with further excuses and it was renitent - desperate tried me anyway the goods to press on. The sushi is quite good, but the customer service is under all sow! Have ordered over Lieferando, as waiting time 30 minutes were specified. After over an hour the food was brought, but the order was not complete. When we called there, we were told that we did not order the missing items. After we pointed out that Lieferando explicitly states that we have ordered the items, it was said that it was a device error (?) And you should not order over the Internet (Why do you offer it then?). But they did not want to bring us the missing sushi. On emphasis and with the indication that we have already paid for the food on Lieferando, was finally given after a long discussion after all. The sound was unfriendly throughout, waiting for an apology in vain and finally the call was ended with the sentence that you are indeed a "very good German", as much as you get upset. My first and last time with Edamame. In the future, but rather sakura, the sushi is better anyway.

Very tasty dishes. Starting with starters, over main courses, to dessert. However, the choice of dishes can take some time, because the card contains many choices. The food is prepared with fresh ingredients and are not over-seasoned for our taste. The food is served attractively. The ambiance is simple and does not seem crowded. The staff are very nice and ask in between always polite, if everything is still to satisfaction. The price / performance ratio is absolutely fine. If you like Asian food, you should stop by. We liked it a lot 😀👍🏻

Noodles were almost cold and did not taste at all, the boss was running around in flip-flops and when the cook took our noodles he smelled noodles. We ordered a small portion of noodles, when the food was ready he had made a large portion unasked and said a small portion would not be offered there !!!! We had to throw the noodles in the bin, they were just cold and inedible !!!! ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Finally a good sushi restaurant in Mayen that can keep up with the usual in the Koblenz area (Papa Umi, Mikado etc.). We liked it very much and for a very fair price. There are a few minor things that could be improved, but you should balance everything and give the restaurant a chance 👍🏻

I really liked the visit! The sushi is super quality and the staff is attentive and friendly. The price is really appropriate. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely be back!
